These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the rh85 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through rh85 (collectively, the "Platform"). rh85 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where rh85 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

rh85 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. All transactions on the rh85 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. rh85 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your rh85 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. rh85 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Processing times vary by payment method but rh85 endeavors to process approved withdrawals promptly.

General bonus conditions applicable to all rh85 promotions include:

rh85 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. rh85 does not manipulate game results in any way. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, rh85 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. rh85 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when using the rh85 platform. rh85 is not responsible for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rh85 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;

All content on the rh85 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of rh85 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the rh85 platform without the prior written consent of rh85.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rh85 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the rh85 platform.

rh85's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rh85 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rh85 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

rh85 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

You may close your rh85 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. rh85 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the oversight framework established for online gaming in the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Where required by applicable law or regulation, rh85 will provide advance notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the rh85 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
